General terms and conditions of sale

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE TIMETABLE :

Gites Arrival between 4pm and 8pm and departure before 11am.
Bed and breakfast Arrival between 3pm and 8pm and departure before 11am.
Love room Arrival between 5pm and 9pm and departure before midday.

Any arrival outside these times may be refused.

PET :

€5 per day, on request, payable on site
Pets are not allowed in the "Soie" room, the games area or the Spa.
They must not be left alone and must not be allowed to roam freely in communal areas, including outdoors.

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS :

The property is rented for the number of people stated on the booking form. The tenant undertakes not to exceed this number without the owner's authorisation.

USE OF PREMISES :

The tenant must respect the peaceful nature of the rental property and use it in accordance with its intended purpose. Parties are not permitted and noise is to be avoided between 9pm and 9am. The tenant
undertakes to respect the rented premises, to leave them in a clean condition, not to smoke inside the premises and to collect cigarette ends outside (use the ashtrays provided). Please do not throw anything into the toilets except toilet paper.
In the event of non-compliance with the conditions of use of the rented property, the rental may be terminated immediately and by operation of law by the Owner, without compensation or indemnity. The Tenant then undertakes to leave the premises within one hour of being notified by the Owner, in any form whatsoever, of the said termination.
In the event of abnormal use of the premises, or exceptional soiling, a cleaning fee will be charged to the tenant.

BOOKINGS :

A deposit of 30 % is required on booking by credit card. The deposit is non-refundable.
The balance must be paid 15 days before the date of arrival. The sums paid are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION :

All cancellations must be in writing and sent by email to: n.momple61@gmail.com no later than 15 days before the arrival date.
In the event of cancellation less than 15 days before the date of arrival, for whatever reason, including force majeure, the full amount of the stay is due.
All sums or deposits paid are non-refundable.
In the event of no-show, delayed or shortened stay, the total amount of the stay initially booked will be due.

INSURANCE :

The hirer is responsible for all damage caused by him/her. He must be insured.
The lessor declines all responsibility for any incidents that may occur to children left unsupervised in or around the rented areas (road, stairs, barbecue, garden, etc.).

PAYMENT OF CHARGES :

Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price for normal use. Consultation of websites prohibited in France and illegal downloading are prohibited. The customer retains full responsibility for his or her actions in this regard. In the event of abnormal use, charges may be billed back to the hirer.

DISPUTES :

Any claim relating to the rental will be dealt with by the court of the Lessor's domicile, which has sole jurisdiction. This contract is governed by French law.

SPA AND HYGIENE (FOR GUEST ROOMS) :

Users, including pregnant women, are responsible for ensuring that they can use the spa with their doctor. The lessor cannot be held responsible in the event that a
